We are having two problems at one of our stores with a POS. It can process and complete worksheets but it cannot check stores or vouchers. Checking stores does not show up in the HQ client log ether. Same for Vouchers.
We have checked all the settings on the machine, nothing seems to have changed. It matches our other stores that work. We also disabled the firewall and used the IP of the server instead of the name.
It's strange, we have roughly 15 units and this is the only one with this issue.
Our version is 2.0.2007.
Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
