Error 3021: Either BOF or EOF is True

Getting below error on all Voucher Clients. I checked the version of HQ and all clients to make sure they are the same.

<<HQMessageProcessor>> Error 3021: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record. (Unhandled Error)
