We are currently testing Hotfix #37 at a couple of our locations. There is a random issue that is occurring at both the locations. This has started happening after applying the latest Hotfix #37.
The issue:
When the Item or Customer lookup screen is triggered, there are Items or Customers that do not show up on the lookup screen, even though they are physically present in the database
We have to refresh the screen (by clicking the column headers sort button) to refresh the screen at which time the missing Customers or Items will appear.
Anyone else seeing this issue ?
