I recently rolled a customer up to 2.0.0166 I made sure to update the databases before releasing control back to the users.
But Now I am getting a random error in SO Manager
it does not happen all the time but it is seriously frustrating the customer
the error is "Run-time error '3711': Operation cannot be performed while executing asynchronously" I have researched and found that hotfix 2.0.0162 corrects this but since that has allready been applied could this be something else?
