Pdt "Motoroal MC3190" when scan RMS Label it not scan

Dear All,

when printed using RMS Label printing and make scan Barcode by using Scanner - POSIFLEX POS it scan good but when using the motoroal PDT MC3190 when our pdt scan barcode it not scan "RMS Label"  only and it scan "InternationalBarcode"  good. 

Note: before using PocketPC symbol PDT8100-z2A84000 and  it scan "RMS Label" & "InternationalBarcode"  good without any problems.

itemlookupcode:15 digit ( numeric & character )

Please advise how can this problem be resolved?
