Matrix Dimensions needed on Purchase Order

Hello - while I can see in the Purchase Order XSL format there is mention of the 3 dimensions, however when I run the Purchase Order and print I don't see them.  Does any one know how to activate those, or perhaps have a custom design we can use?  We could omit the Tax and re-order column, and re-size some of the others to prove sufficient space if required. I checked the reports library and don't see anything.
