We've come across a particularly troublesome issue with POS 2009. It allows the POS user to sign in, and it displays the POS interface. However whenever they access Manager view, it errors out. "The connection with the store database has been lost and Microsoft Dynamics POS needs to close. Restart the programme when the connection has been restored. On tills, if offline mode has been set up, restart the programme and switch to offline mode" The problem is, this is the main computer which is also running the database. They have a back office which is unable to open at all at the moment. Any ideas how I can resolve this issue?
