Sql command to resend worksheets

I need a sql command that will resend worksheets for a single store, date  and time.  Version 2.1006 HQ and SO.  I had an issue that i need to create a db from backup and forgot to change HQ client to new db and it worksheets processed on old db. Now I need to sync yesterday activity to the new db.  Thanks in advance. ;-)
