Trace Customer Order

Dear All,

Is There a way to trace Customer Order, to which invoice transaction, and how been collected?
If i have a customer call and ask about his order, then I need straight forward window to trace customer order, Sale Transaction, Tender Details, Delivered or not Delivered.
