I was hired after-the-fact at a grocery store using RMS. One of the registers had a bad hard drive. I replaced it and reinstalled RMS. However, I don't have any license keys. End user has 2 keys but their paperwork from POSWorld (Out of Business) shows that they purchased 5 keys. I cannot locate the other 3. This machine is 1 of 5 workping POS machines so I know they did have 5 licenses. They said that in the past they would just call POSWorld.
Is there an alternative way to locate these licenses? If not, can I buy 1 license? Where?
