POS Locations: 17
Approximately 10 out of 17 Stores will run and process Style 401 Worksheets successfully. The locations that fail may restart data upload after worksheets are recreated and set to run. However the uploads eventually stop.
Because both IT Dept. and Retail use HQ Manager (I'm IT Director), it could be that we are conflicting. I state that because I have noticed on some of the "stopped" locations not all, the entry after the final style 401 worksheet is a style 250 Update Inventory - Items; and 251 Update Inventory Item - Prices. My connection times are 3 times per day at 3 hour intervals, and once at a 6 hour interval. Retail sends the 250 & 251 once per month.
