Exclude from Data Upload 401

Mabuhay! Is there any option updating Inventory Transfer from Store to HQ and vice versa excluding it on 401 so it can process only Inventory Transfer and not the whole data upload and updates?

Most of our branches with weak connection over the internet cant process most 401 updates from the HQ. Is there any easiest or simple solution for this? Any import/export utility for Inventory Transfer?
