I'm trying to activate my product but the server doesn't answer and the stupid girl I talk to on the phone activation center told me that RMS is not a Microsoft product. I told her multiple times that Microsoft Dynamics RMS is a Microsoft product, that every time I called the number I get on the phone activation page, the person I was talking to didn't know about this product but was able to activate it after a long talk, not this time. I have a store with no POS right now and I'm unable to activate this software. I ask to be transfered to a supperior which apparently wasn't possible. I asked to be transfered to the complains department and been told that there is no complains department. I'm VERY desapointed about all of this, once again.
