I need video training online! I have a "service provider" who basically only answers specific questions or problems but 1. he's slow to answer and 2 when I do find the fixes on line I have to get him to Unlock" tasks for me 3 constantly upsells me. Im too frustrated with not having real support and access to knowledge. Its as if you went to a doctor because you have a cough and the doctor says take this pill but doesn't tell you what you have how you got it how to avoid it in the future - nothing. I need real education - I can't be COMPLETELY dependent on others.
