Reinstall RMS to new computer (help)

Reinstalling RMS 2.X to new computer (windows 7 pro 64 bit)

Installed RMS RTM 2.x and Microsoft Express 2005 and everything is working properly version 2.0.0105

Now I would like to install CU5 - however, all the forums says that RMS RTM is 2.0.0106 (not sure why or if I have to install a hotfix first).

1> Can I just install CU5 with 2.0.0105?

2> How do I update the Microsoft Express 2008? Should I do it before applying CU5 or after?

3> Do I need to apply any hotfixes after the CU5 update?
