Journaling to Quickbooks

When I attempt to post my closed batches to Quickbooks, I get an error message.  The error message I get is "An error was detected while posting journals. Active X component can't create object."

I've verified that RMS is an authorized application in Quickbooks 2012 Pro and the file is read/writeable. I attempted a repair of RMS and uninstalled then re-installed.

RMS is at Service Pack 4.  2.0.0155 I believe.
