Error exporting new store from HQ

My customer is running RMS 2.0.2007.  The stores are running on Win 7, SQL Express 2008 R2.  HQ is running on Win Server 2012 with SQL Server 2012.  We're adding a new store for the first time in this environment.  I've added the store in HQ Manager, have my template SO store restored to SQL on the HQ Server, and started the Export wizard in HQ Administrator.  I was able to create the store db, but when I hit the Copy (from SO template to new SO db) I get an error and get kicked out of HQ Administrator.
