We have a client with 6 offices across western Canada and they have a need for a Rental Solutions - but they do not do POS at any of the offices. All sales are done via SOP and Phone orders, as well as on-line. They have almost no walk in traffic, unless it is to pick up something. They provide Rental product to CITY and County departments that can be weekly, daily and monthly rentals.
The complex issue is the need to track Rent of 10 items, return of 4 and the continued rental of the remaining 6 for a undefined period.
I am not sure we need to go to the RMS solution, but looking for something that will integrate with GP 10.0 and is solid. Thought this forum might be a good place to turn for suggestions.
