Hi,
I have a store manager who mistakenly received items in a PO, when we did not actually receive those physical items. I am trying to figure out how to go into a closed PO and 'unreceive' an item. The PO appears to already be committed and closed, and I can't find a way to open it back up and edit it. I have HQ Manager and POS Manager level access.
Please help!
