I am using RMS 2.0 on Windows XP. Since last few months I am having performance issues. I called Microsoft and I was told that they don't support XP any more and I should upgrade too Windows 7. I don't know how? DO I have to reinstall RMS 2.0 I am not technical at all.
Can someone provide me full set of instructions how to do it? Did someone has gone thru this? Please suggest.
