Markup from cost but instead of cost use price

in RMS POS there is the Discount Button I need a way to mark up 10%  on all items from the Price of what the customer is paying, NOT what I paid or the cost.

The sole purpose of the issue is comes from, the canadian conversion rate changing so often we need to increase the prices easier on some of the items in different department and categories but not all of them!
