RMS STORE OPERATION UPGRADE error: 'DefaultDistributionMethod"

I have HQ= 2.0.1006 and datababase = 2.05, Stores with 2.0116 and db 2.01

Installing Hotfix, Service Packs, Feature Pack.

Trying to upgrade from Stores  (PO Administrator\Database\Upgrade):

-An error Ocurred while attempting to upgrade the database:

Column names in each table must be unique. Column name “DefaulDistributionMethod” in table “dbo.Configuration” is specified more than once.-

Can you help ?

Note: only one store has this problem, with other stores upgrade is completed.

(reinstall, uninstall, Windows Update, MSSQL 2008 r2, etc,etc: DONE)
