Version 2.0.0116. Three POS Stations. We have not made any configuration changes or applied any updates for several days. At closing last night all debits processed without event. At opening today, and ever since, we have received the following error after the customer has entered their pin: Failure: Connection failed: Invalid se..... (where "se....." is all we can see with the remainder of the message running off the screen. Not a great time to have to process every transaction as a credit card - toy store at Christmas time. We process with Heartland Payment Systems. they have confirmed that no changes have occurred on their end, and they verified the debit gateway as pos.tnsi.com. Anyone?
